how to install if your too lazy to read the read me. so this goes for both of the games, once you get the file unzip it and open the folder, once you open the folder click on the EXE file that has the name either (JJBA-The World hftf) or the name (JJBA-Star Platinum HFTF.zip) then boom your finished!,  if you cant find the EXE file then read the READ ME that comes within the file.
